Born 16 January 1978.
Born in Latvia. A unique frame builder who learnt the basics of frame making in Japan. As well as being from Eastern Europe, he also studied art as a boy and pursues frames that combine riding and beauty to a high degree from his unique perspective. The frames are highly regarded as "riding well" even among serious cyclists, and their unique, exotic looks and meticulous workmanship, which are not found in Japanese brands, are a hit with enthusiasts.

Mr Balahovsky, who says he wants to pursue the best performance and style at the moment, currently produces mainly modern-style frames with large-diameter head tube standards, in steel, titanium and stainless steel. Of these, he says titanium is currently the best, and in fact he has been receiving many orders for this material recently. The manufacturing method is mainly Tig (fillet finishing is also available).

Recently, they have also been working on titanium frames with titanium lugs using a 3D printer, and carbon x titanium hybrid frames. It is an international brand with many customers in Japan and abroad.

The line-up includes the all-road Brutalist as a stock model and the E1 & E1 Disc road models, with the rest available on a full-order basis. In addition to frames for road, gravel, piste and touring models, the company also accepts orders for stems, carriers and other components.
